All content, images, documents and typefaces are served from this website's own domain. Fonts are self-hosted; no external font, map, video or advertising service receives any information about your visit.

Usage data is stored in our own database and is never shared with advertising networks or data brokers.

These values are held in your browser's local storage. They are not cookies, are not sent to any third party, and are readable only by this website.

richold_visitor_id — a randomly generated identifier with no link to your name, email or IP address. It allows us to tell a returning browser from a new one.

richold_visitor_campaign — the campaign parameters of the link that brought you here, if any, so we can tell which channel a visit came from.

richold_session — a randomly generated identifier for the current visit, refreshed after 30 minutes of inactivity, so that the pages of one visit can be counted together.

Each page view records the page path, the referring website and the anonymous identifier, together with the order in which pages were opened during a visit and how long each page stayed open. Each click on a published report or policy records the document name, the page and the specific link used, and whether it was opened or downloaded.

We do not record your IP address, name, email address or anything you type. The data is used internally, to understand which material is useful.

Usage events are kept for a maximum of 24 months, then deleted. The identifier in your browser persists until you clear your browser storage, at which point a new, unconnected identifier is created.

Clearing this site's data in your browser removes the stored identifier. Browsing in a private window, or enabling your browser's tracking protection, prevents any identifier from persisting between visits. Every part of the site, including downloading the reports, works exactly the same either way.
