We work with a carefully selected network of sources and manufacturing partners, chosen not only for the quality of their diamonds, but also for the standards behind the way they operate.
Our sourcing approach is supported by due diligence, long-term partner relationships and alignment with recognised international and industry principles — building a supply chain that is controlled, transparent and worthy of the luxury industry.

100% of the diamonds we deliver are accompanied by recorded origin information within our traceability system.
That information is supported by supply-chain controls, documentation and oversight designed to maintain visibility as diamonds move through sourcing, manufacturing, sorting and final delivery.
Naturality control and a combination of internal and third-party checks accompany each stage. Our objective is not only to know the diamond we are delivering, but to understand what stands behind it.

Richold works in alignment with recognised international standards, audit frameworks and industry initiatives. They are not all the same kind of instrument — some are certifications, some are audit methodologies, some are membership commitments — and we apply each for what it is.
